Interview
1. Screening video call with the recruiter in charge of the selection process.
2. Video call with two JUNIOR team members. No technical questions were asked during this interview:
1. Introduce yourself.
2. Experience dealing with clients?
3. Are you familiar with PoC?
4. Can you work in an autonomous way?
Due to my experience and qualifications, I made a great impression during this video call (they literally told me that).
I received a negative decision the day after without any explanation. I wrote an e-mail to the hiring manager kindly asking for more details but no answer was given.
This process was a big deception and no consideration was given to the candidates.
