I applied online and was asked to do a phone screening, but the recruiters were coincidentally coming to my university's career fair a few days later. I spoke with them in person and was able to skip the phone interview. I was then scheduled to do an on-site interview where they gave me a tour of the offices and then proceeded with the interview. I interviewed with two recruiters and the interview lasted about an hour. The first portion was a couple of typical how-do-you-work-in-a-team type behavioral questions, the second portion was creative thinking questions where you had to solve a seemingly impossible/unrealistic problem, and the third portion were two whiteboard coding questions (leetcode easy level). The two recruiters were friendly and the process was overall pretty smooth.
