Interview
It was pretty straight forward. Interviewed with he district manager and was hired in less then a week. I was at a job fair at the mall, and I guess he was recruiting people from like companies. We had an initial conversation about nothing and like how I was out going and honest. He really wanted to bring me in quick so I met with the store manager and scored the job.
The interview process was very casual and personal. It felt more like a conversation than anything. The biggest thing they are looking for is personality and good people skills. If you can talk and sell as if you are talking to a friend, then you will probably be a good fit!

Easy going, ask about your selling ability and how you deal with stress and work by yourself a lot. You going to meet store manager and going to test selling ability

Challenge questions that built upon management skills. Basic work ethic and skills questions. Internal questions included Zumiez policies and procedures. Had multiple interviews, one app chat with a walk in resume with another assistant manager, one with the GM, and one final with the GM and DM on the phone.
