Reached out via Linkedin by a recruiter. Had a 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter. This was followed by a video call with the hiring manager. After that was a video call with the department head. The final phase of the interview was a brief 10 minute presentation on anything leadership development related. The hiring manager plus two peers were in attendance. There was no follow-up from ZoomInfo after the presentation.
