First I’d like to say, McKenzie Griffin is an AMAZING recruiter for their sales team! The interview process is very thorough but it’s one of the best I have ever done. Be prepared to meet with high level managers and directors, ask a lot of questions. This is not an opportunity I would take lightly! As the job itself is super difficult to get but if you do have the opportunity to step in front of a manager/director, just know you are going to amazed by the level of professionalism and thorough research they do into their candidates. They want to make sure they have all the right candidates and honestly I was amazed and know that other employees are also performing at a high level. I was reached out to initially by McKenzie Griffin after I was referred internally by my friend Ryan, she is absolutely amazing and you can tell she really loves her job and does a great job of making sure you’re the right Fit. She is constantly communicating throughout the process and made sure I was informed in every step of the process. She has very detailed emails of how each interview will go and who it’s conducted by. She took her time by explaining to me everything over the phone/email. There are about 5 interviews - with managers and directors, all formal video conference. The first one with McKenzie is a phone call, she really made me feel like I was at the right place. Her tone and knowledge in this job is amazing. You are able to go into each interview prepared as she spends her time making sure you know what it’s going to be like and just wants to make sure you are the right fit before she proceeds to the next steps. I had many options career wise but after seeing the professionalism and human-connection McKenzie displayed, I was sold. This company truly takes care of their employees, you can clearly hear from her tone and the way she thoroughly explains everything that ZoomInfo has everything locked in. McKenzie Griffin, if you’re reading this - just know - you are an absolute asset to ZoomInfo and I cannot wait to continue my sales career here and learn from the absolute best in the industry. Truly research the product and what the company does, be informed - do extensive research into the actual company. Ps: the interview process is definitely thorough but just know that the directors and managers are very VERY professional and are some of the best sales professionals I’ve come across in my career. You will learn a lot from McKenzie Griffin and her team!
