I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Grand Rapids, MI) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process at Zoominfo was really smooth. The recruiter I worked with throughout the process was in constant communication with me, answered any questions I had, and was always prompt with letting me know where we were at in the process. The employees I interviewed with had a genuine interest in getting to know me, how I operate, and took the time to figure out if we would be a good fit. Very pleased.
Long interview, a few questions, but there is a roleplay involved. Be ready to sell and run through the roleplay, ask targeted and specific questions that bring you to the pain point.
Simple interview process over two separate steps. They're hiring a lot of entry level reps and they don't scrutinize heavily. Easy interview with management and the recruiter communicated quickly. That's it
Enjoyed the interview process, pretty standard. Nice people, seemed like they genuinely wanted to give you an opportunity. Gave me feedback also afterwards which is alway helpful moving forward with future applications, would apply again.
