They were very disrespectful of my time, always kept me waiting for too long, did not have a station to program, made me bring my own computer and asked me to code in my tiny laptop in an uncomfortable room, and on other interview one of the interviewer just did not make it, they couldn’t find him

A short zoom interview with HR and team leader. Very to the point, with a drill down on previous projects. No messing around with theory, just good problem solving and some practical coding questions. Didn't ask about efficiency and algorithms from college.
