It was smooth and fast. Yet I don’t know in which aspect I failed, they said that the reason why I didn’t get the job was because my experience are not enough whilst all the job qualifications matches my experiences in B2B. I actually have an edge that may suppose to help the company by having enough years from the Retention and B2B dept that made me confident to apply but I understand hiring managers have their own choices and basis on why they hire employees. I just hope that maybe even for one time, there will be some good changes in the recruitment process not just in Zoom but in everyone to check the skill of the applicant first before not proceeding and just basing on the years of experience. There’s always a training though. But overall, I commend Hui Chi my recruiter for being so helpful and approachable.

Multiple calls, multiple people. Ultimately I was not offered the job I think because they were unsure if I would be able to complete enough cold calls for them. Thank god this didn't work out I wouldn't want to sell my soul for this job.
