A word of suggestion - If you want experienced candidate snd if you are comparing a 4+ guy with 10+ years experienced guy, then better tell us straight No before interviewing us. Barb was professional and Kylie did a great job in arranging everything. There was a freeze on the positions for the time being but the two did an outstanding job as recruiters, some of the best work I've seen in SaaS.
