Very unorganized interview process with no reimbursement for travel. Interviews were scheduled and canceled 3 times. It doesn’t appear that they have a “real” human resource dept. at least not in every city.

Interview
Since the company is based around a Web conferencing platform all of my interviews were held over the product that I was applying to sell. Over the course of a month I had several interviews starting with the recruiter, my would-be immediate superior, his superior, and finally the branch manager. They all asked me questions about aspects of my personality and work ethic that would of course apply to the job, but also the social environment. Finally, they gave me the defining interview and told me they would be making a decision directly after which it only took 2 days for them to get back to me. All in all, the process was swift, polite, and I could tell that if I did not get the job, they would have told me immediately so I would have more time to continue my search.
