My experience interviewing at Zoom was very positive. From the initial contact to the interviews. The interviewers were well prepared and communicated clearly. The interview process was standard, an initial interview with HR, then an interview with the team lead, a manager and the head of support. Throughout the process, I felt well prepared by the recruiter and overall the experience was excellent.

How would you handle a customer that is frustrated at an issue that is not related to Zoom, but they continue to blame Zoom?
Interview was well coordinated. It included technical rounds and managerial rounds. Whole process was smooth and transparent. There were timely updated after interviews and they scheduled interview on candidates avilability.
