I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zoom Communications in Apr 2017
Interview
It's a 4 step interview process. The first one is with the recruiter, then 2 managers, then the hiring manager. The first interview was a very good experience and quite professional. The second interview no one showed up for nearly 20 minutes. The 3rd interview went well and was conducted professionally. The 4th interview no one showed up, and only after informing the recruiter that no one joined the meeting was it found out that the person was actually out of the office that day. After the last interview no communication was received on informing of my status. I had to reach out directly to only get a generic message that they have decided to go continue their search.
Interview was well coordinated. It included technical rounds and managerial rounds. Whole process was smooth and transparent. There were timely updated after interviews and they scheduled interview on candidates avilability.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zoom Communications (Amsterdam) in Jan 2024
Interview
- Recruiter 5 mins
- Hiring Manager 30 mins
- Technical questions from future colleagues
The first two stages are just some chat.
The third one is a ping pong between you and the technical guys.
Scenarios and possible solutions with the troubleshooting steps.

Interview
You didn't even bother responding to me or giving me the time of day and to add insult to injury, sent a rejection email as if I'd even had a chance to interview for the role. Real nice.
