I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zoom Communications (Denver, CO) in Oct 2016
Interview
First two calls with HR, then Zoom video interview with potential maanger, then in person interview, then two more zoom interviews, then another in-person. They called my references, so I expected to get an offer but took myself out of the process, as they pulled a bait and switch and offered me an SDR job in the end, not the AE role I was interviewing for the whole time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Zoom (this is huge for them. Why do you want to work for this specific Saas company) How do you deal with quota/where are you currently. How do you like to be managed.
It was straight forward and smooth. They let you know every step of the process along the way. The interviews werent overly long as they each were about 30 minutes.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zoom Communications (Denver, CO) in Feb 2020
Interview
Phone screen and then 1:1 manager, then panel interview then role play. The phone screen was easy and fast, the interview with managers was good but it was during covid. Everything was remote. The role play was a specific scenario which was using zoom to sell to a particular type of business and to a manager.

Question 1
Describe a time you needed to use a specific skill and what the situation was in detail.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zoom Communications (San Jose, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Initially met with HR using the Zoom platform to discuss my qualifications and general background. After receiving positive feedback I was given a Zoom account and a sales scenario to which I presented to my now manager after going over my background and expectations of me and I of Zoom. I received my offer exactly 1 month from the start of the interview process. It was very efficient and well thought out.
