ZoIPer Senior C++ Programmer interview questions

First, i saw the ad in jobs.bg, an employee/employer networking site. I then contacted the HR for specific information on the hiring process. There was no phonescreening phase. Finally, i went over to the HQ office in Sofia. Interview was conducted by the manager and the lead programmer on site. The company has a very liberal approach to the usage of programming tools, so the programmers can have a maximum freedom in work environment. A task involving multithreading was given to me, but i was able to implement only one half of the solution. Overall, a nice company and professionals with reasonable requirements. P.S. The way the job post is laid out is great, you practically get to know exactly which technologies and platforms are being used in day-to-day development.
