I only made it to the first round - a video interview with fundamental questions about my experience and a bit to understand if I'm a personality fit. It's a good first step and more efficient than someone calling me with generic questions. However, the lack of face time makes it challenging to gauge how I'm doing - especially since even after making it to the interview, they ghosted me.
