I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zimmerman Advertising in Apr 2008
Interview
I was making a lateral move in the company from one department to another. I received an offer but was never told about it because the department didn't want to move me. I had to make things happen for myself. I was lucky to receive an annual raise but after the next year i was laid off. Management is very 2 faced and don't know what they are doing or how they are treating employees.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zimmerman Advertising (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Apr 2024
Interview
During my two interviews, I felt completely undervalued, as neither interviewer turned on their camera. This lack of engagement made the experience feel impersonal, dismissive, and as though my time and effort didn’t matter.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zimmerman Advertising
Interview
The interview process was over teams, and it was very relaxed and informal. The head of the department interviewed me, and it was the first time someone actually read my entire resume and asked about my hobbies.

Question 1
what experience do you have with creating campaigns?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zimmerman Advertising (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Dec 2019
Interview
Extensive interview with each supervisor, one by one. Took about 2-3 hours, but every single one of them was so warm and welcoming. They seem to really foster a nice little familial community over there.
