Just 2 rounds. The first round is HR interview, and the second round is the manager interview. I receive the second round interview invitation was about 1 week from the first round.

I applied for this position online in February 2020.
I got the invitation to have a phone interview in March. But the interviewer did not give me a phone call at the time we agreed on. Minutes later, s/he sent me a message, just saying that "Unfortunately, we are no longer hiring for this position."
I understood that s/he canceled the interview for some reasons, but s/he should at least give me a notice in advance rather than just leaving the message minutes after the interview which did not occur at all.
The employer does have the right not to hire me. But I spent a lot of time on preparing for this interview. What s/he did was unprofessional and impolite.
