Applied via recruiter. It took more than a week before I got a call from them to schedule a first interview.
The first interview lasted about one hour. I was asked to tell about my last project. Then they asked me to do design for image processing system. This was much the first interview.
Afterwards, it took again about a week and half before I was invited to a second interview. It was a technical interview where I was asked to read some code, find issues and fix them. Must notice that second interview was scheduled for 4 hours!! It was pretty easy and straightforward. The application was about some backend system that gets poll results and put them into two categories: authorized and non authorized. Afterwards, there is another request type that allows to retrieve poll results.
Eventually, I decided to not continue with them after the second interview. Interviewers were average. I didn't like their intrusive approach during the second interview. Also, the first interview was at top floor of directors, but the second interview was at some low floor with cheap and casual offices. There are a lot of empty rooms which doesn't look healthy. After I visited some other start-up companies, I can say that Zerto doesn't look like a start up company.
