Zerofootprint interview questions

Positive talk with Back-End Developer + Software Development Manager. Answered a few simple technical questions and talked about development roadmap. Extremely negative talk with company founder. Almost all of the talk was him voicing his own insecurities. He expressed disappointment over his back-end developer leaving after he gave him a raise and staying for 2+ years as if the developer was being ungrateful. Out of nowhere, he expressed the importance of communication skills and used the term "fresh off the boat," the back-end developer was Asian and I am too. Since I didn't have the courage at the time to walk out of the interview on the spot, the recruiter told them I'd pass on my behalf. Obviously no offer, didn't want one.
