There were three rounds : 1) MCQ + Coding (2 easy codes) - I did all MCQ and both codes .Got mail within 3 days to attend interview .. 2) Technical Round - Interviewer were so calm and composed and asked good questions like Oops ,Data structure basic things. I cleared TR round too . 3) HR round - Just after TR round the very next day ,I was sleeping in day and got a call from HR that if you are comfortable can we have short discussion over call .I have given my consent. Then he asked some questions like what do you know about zensar ,about yourself ,Project and asked are you comfortable in relocation ,CTC and all .I had told yes .Then he asked are you comfortable in joining at 7th Dec 2021 .I told yeah sure. After HR round ,I waited till 7th December didn't get any mail nor call .So,I mailed them that if you are taking my candidature forward or rejected me atleast let me know .No response from HR and their team. Today it's 11/12/2021 ,still no mail either selected or rejected . So I would like to tell you guys I don't know what these (Zensar ) guys are doing ,don't know .If someone is selected or rejected atleast let him know so that if he is rejected he/she can focus on other companies too . By the way I lost one opportunity from a company whose CTC was 3.6 lpa ,they had sent me offer letter on 5th December and my onboarding was on 7th December .But due to Zensar technology,I thought let's wait because I have given my word to Zensar guys that I don't have issue in joining on 7th December. Because of it I didn't uploaded documents and all for that company where I was offered . Beware guys ,Zensar is really playing with future trust me .Don't play with someone's emotion .That's it .Thankyou for giving me a lesson in starting of my career that never trust in IT companies .
