They follow proper process (Skills Discussion , Final Discussion ,HR Discussion),got so much experience from this interview ,so much information ,but every thing ok, its takes long time to hire the position of organization ,

First thing they have scheduled the interview at 5.30 pm and they moved to 6.15 without notice. And once joined at 6.15 the panel did not join , after following up joined at 6.30 pm. No apologies or nothing. No value to others time.
