Interview
The interview process went smoothly and it was one of the best interviews I ever had.
First round - It was Monday and I had a talk with Tech Lead for about 1 hour on Skype. He was really to the point and had great questions. Did a great pitch for the company, explained me the whole interview process what are the next steps. I knew what will happen next, there wasn't any guessing regarding the interview steps.
Second round - talk with a CTO. Within 3 days (on Thursday), I talked to CTO of the company. Great questions from his side. The CTO explained to me the core values of the company and when I asked what will be the ideal person for this position, he was really on point which is quite cool. One moment I was really positively surprised - the CTO explained deeply the values of the company and at the end of the explanation he said: "These are our values. If you think that you have something better, we discuss and can change them." That was a huge "green light".
So, the first interview round started on Monday and second interview on was on Thursday. On Friday I was given an offer.
Compared to a lot of companies who didn't give me a feedback after first round or in general, this was probably one of the best experience I ever had.

Question 1
How do you learn things? How do you improve yourself?
Interviewed twice. First time passed all stages, culture interview, tech challenge, tech interview, and in the end interview with CEO. CEO was highly unpleasant and missed the entire point, coming up with conclusion I am not interested enough. I literally spent nearly 20h interviewing and doing challenge, that's the time I will never get back. I was also highly interested and had more than few legit questions, all went well, but big boss found lamest excuse. Second time I tried 2 years later, noone showed up on interviews twice in a row. Never again.
