The interview process was fairly standard when I was hired. We talked about the job and I received a tour of the facility. Then we sat back down and went over my qualifications, it was a relaxed setting and not nearly as stressful as some of the interviews i have been through. Once we had done all of that, the hiring manager made me an offer and i started that day.
