Interview
Great process. I love how fast it went and communicative they were. Everyone was friendly and it all felt smooth and I got an answer quickly! I heard back almost immediately after submitting my initial application
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I did a role play. They also saw if I did some basic research into the company. And asked me to share examples of desirable traits like grit and resilience and empathy. So a straight forward process. Also a fair one.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Zen Educate
Interview
The interview process had a few stages. After an initial conversation, the second interview involved three practical exercises.
There was a role play focused on account management and expanding an existing customer relationship, a presentation task around growing a school account portfolio, and a final task matching candidates to a role and writing a client email.
The process was structured and focused on practical skills, with a lot of emphasis on how you think through real situations in the role.

Question 1
The main questions were focused on how I would approach the role in practice. They asked things like how I would grow existing school accounts, identify expansion opportunities and multithreading, handle customer conversations, and prioritise my time across a portfolio.

Interview
The overall process was challenging in a good way that tests your skills and determination. There were three interviews in the process: a get-to-know-you phone call, and interview with a mock roleplay and presentation, and a final call with leadership to determine how your values line up with theirs.
