Interview Experience – Lack of Professional Communication
I had a disappointing experience with the recruitment process at this company. The interview process itself was positive, and after multiple rounds I was informed that I had been selected. We also completed salary discussions, and I was told that the next step would be the release of the offer letter.
However, after this stage, communication completely stopped. Despite several follow-ups, I did not receive any response or update regarding the status of my offer. As a candidate, I had been fully transparent about my notice period and other employment details throughout the process.
While hiring decisions can change, candidates deserve timely and transparent communication. Leaving candidates without any update after confirming selection and discussing compensation reflects poorly on the professionalism of the recruitment process.
I hope the company improves its candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely updates, even when plans change.
You pretty much undergo three interviews, but overall they are average. Just be sure to be prepared and know about the role. Everyone was very friendly and informative. Be sure to also ask questions.
