Phone screening by HR; interview with 2 people on site about 1 week later. Had to prepare a 3-5 minute powerpoint to present after the interview.

Lots of scenario questions. "You get a call from a neighbor who says spouse isn't taking care of kids,has no money for food, has threatened to kill herself, husband is deployed...what do you do?"
