The assessment center was a great day and experience! All the staff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. They provided us with sandwiches, crisp and drinks for lunch as well as some pastries in the morning. The days started with a presentation about the company. It was followed by a group exercise. After lunch we had a tour of the office, an individual interview and another group exercise. Interns were here to guide us through the day and answer our questions. We were able to approach the managers and other staff members anytime during the day to talk and ask them questions. Another positive aspect was that they were recruiting for different roles in the same assessment center which made the atmosphere less competitive. I received a call the next day telling me the good news and also constructive feedback about how I did on the assessment day.
