Terrible in every way! The hiring committee were inarticulate. The questions appeared to be completely vague. I was asked whether I would be able to do research while teaching - asked as though this isn't the norm in academia. Very unprofessional. It also took such a long time for the entire experience - something you would only expect at a world-class institution, not Zayed University.
