Was setup well for next round, the hiring manager had selected a case study of mine to review and the people team communicated it and also provided tips for interviewing with ZayZoon.
Second contact, Hiring Manager: Reviewed the selected case study, the interviewer had incredibly thoughtful questions and a genuine interest in the subject matter. They also embodied the culture described on the website and what I had experienced with the people team and were very transparent with current issues and the hiring process.
