I interviewed at Zara (Budapest)
Interview
Had a meeting where I had to fill a form with some personal informaton and working preferences. After that, they called me in for an informal conversation where they told me all the basic info I needed to know. There wasn't really a selection process, if you applied, you got a job.
Easy, really simple questions about yourself, more like a chat with a colleague than an interview. Might ask questions about yourself CV or previous retail shop floor experience. That’s all really.
I applied online. I interviewed at Zara (Australind)

Working at Zara was an intense but incredibly valuable experience. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, which keeps every shift interesting and pushes you to grow quickly. You learn strong time management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills that honestly carry over to any role.
