I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Zara (Reading, England) in May 2019
Interview
it was pretty straight forward. I handed my CV and they invited me for an interview pretty much the same day for the sales assistant role. For the cashier role, I started working on the till from the first week but I wasn't given the cashier role until a year into the job. there was a regional head who came and asked me a bunch of questions and checked how I did on the job. Then I got officially promoted and got the pay raise as well.
