They ask why you want to work at ZARA, what your hobbies are, how much you know about the origin/history of the company (inditex, europe, etc.). They ask questions based on your resume and past jobs. they also ask why do you want to work at zara... what position and what do you expect to be doing in that position.

Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
