I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zara (London, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
A group interview with around 20 other people, no pressure at all, didn't really need to say much, spent most of the time watching videos about the company, then had to draw a fashion item that described you, then went around the room explaining why we drew what we drew etc.
It was easy, they just ask the typical questions so no need to be scared. You choose which area you preferred and the most of the times they can find a store near you.
