I applied through Seek.com for a Melbourne position. They emailed me a few days later saying that i was selected for a group interview. We were the 3rd group, and there were about 20 of us. We sat in a semi circle and were asked to fill out forms. They then asked us to say our name, our current position and fun fact. BE CREATIVE. This was the only chance to be singled out. Next they asked us what we knew about the company. SPEAK UP. Do research. We were then told about the stores and how they work, CONTRIBUTE to these conversations. At the end, we got to ask questions. Have 1 or 2 questions PREPARED. Overall it was a fun experience! Nothing to be nervous about at all! (like i was) Good luck guys! hope this helps.
