Group interview was easy with 6 other people , quetions were standard. Make sure to prepare how to answer the following questions: "what do you know about zara?" " why do you wanna work for zara?" "Whats your weakness?" Interviewer are super friendly and staright foward. Got a call after 30minites after the interview but it took them a week to process everything and get me to start working
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

super casual, just stand in front of a store,

like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
