1. One round with HR by phone
2. Second round with the HM via video call
3. Third round was about technical interview about your technical knowledge in the competition and your previous experience in pre-sales.
In this last round, the engineer in China doesn't speak english very well, I mean, they ask for bilingual engineers, but they don't speak English very clear, so it causes the interview turn out in a bad way as you need to ask several times for a repetition in the whole questionary.
They pronuncation is terrible and probable you will not understand the technical questionary
To be honest, if they want to look for technical pre-sales people, they should put an interviewer who speak english very well.
Recently, I had other interviews with other vendors from USA or U.K and I could answer toons of the technical questions very well, as they do speak English.
