Paper testing first, the question is basic like datastructure, OS and programming language. Then interviewing with the guys in the group, being asked a lot of tech question related to their group. Then interviewing with the HR,talk about the other thing without tech.

Interview
First of all the organization advertised through Institutions and collected CV's from the candidates. After submission of Resumes shortlisted candidates are called for interview before a panel of five persons comprising of HR team, psychologist and a technical officer. Prior to interview psychological testing was conducted and finally the successful candidates were given jobs.
