Interview
I applied online and received an email from them for a phone screen. It was about my qualifications and knowledge on the programming languages. The recruiter was a nice and friendly person, he was prompt with his emails as well. After the phone screen, I was called in for a face to face interview where i was tested on the prog langs and met with the It director and their lead developer.
The interview process included just one call from hiring manager, then , one call from developer team, and one call from the hiring manager again. Overall the process was quite simple.
