apply online, the hiring managers are nice. they won't ask a lot of professional questions in the first round. The interview atmosphere is comfortable and it takes about 20 minutes.

Interview
Basic questions were asked, nothing difficult. For administration work German is required. For technical work, english skills are enough but German will be helpful. The interviewer were very friendly and supportive .
