I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ZCorum (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2014

      Interview

Don't waste your time, company has no idea how to interview and treat a candidate. Second round took 4 hours of which I sat for an hour before the person I was scheduled to meet with even came in. On the third round I spent 10 hrs on a powerpoint sales presentation to which the executives were looking at their phone and talking on their phone WHILE I was giving my presentation. They then preceded to ask me questions about their products that I had no way of knowing no matter how much I studied or prepared because I was not given any of their information. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

If you were left in a conference room for an hour for no reason, we apologize for that. That certainly would have been a mistake. ZCorum has a successful track record of hiring and keeping employees, precisely because we value the time of the candidates we bring in. We take the time to do pre-hire testing with candidates to make sure that ZCorum and the position are a good fit for the candidate, and the candidate is the right fit for us. This process does take three to four hours in the initial interview because it includes completing an employment application, some testing, and at least one interview, usually with the hiring manager. We don't want someone to come on board who is not a fit, because that would definitely be a huge waste of time for them, as well as us. The sales presentation that is mentioned is in the final stage of the interview process for a sales candidate, and we do ask that the candidate do a little research on our company and then come in to do some role-playing. Quite often a sales person in a real situation is asked questions that they do not have the answer to, and it is an important skill to be able to deal with that effectively.
