The interview process was relatively straightforward. After submitting my application online, I was invited to a single round interview with the hiring team/department head (about 45–60 minutes, via video call or in person). The interview focused mainly on my background and CV, my motivation for Global Markets and for Yuanta, and behavioral questions to assess communication and teamwork. There were limited technical questions, mostly to check basic market awareness.
