The interview process was slightly long. There were three interview. One by phone and then two with regional supervisors. The phone interview was with the hiring manager/recruiter initially. Then there was an group open house type of situation that included a presentation about the program from current managers and then two interviews. Only those who were succeful in the first face-to-face, were asked to stay for a second interview.
