Interview
The interview proceeds was very easy. They just ask a lot of scenario questions. Just be sure of what you're saying. Don't sound as though you're asking or waiting for the interviewer to assure you that your answer is correct. Is very relaxed, felt more like a conversation on all interviews than interviews.

Question 1
If you had to facilitate a group with boys who's ages range from 12-18 what would be the name of the group and what would the topic be?
It was very fun throughout the process. I had no issues with anybody during the interview. Basic questions about experience and how you react in situations was the majority of the interview.

It went very smooth and just be yourself! Don't get nervous and take a deep breathe. Do some research before you apply for YV. You go into the site and check in first,but before that they send you a notification
They were late multiple times to the process, but they were very attentive and enthusiastic when actually interviewing me. I really enjoyed talking with the multiple people, but I did feel a bit neglected with the multiple instances of tardiness. I think it’s the nature of the company though.
