Interview was in-person at GA location. Interview consisted of lots of "describe a situation where you were..." , questions about your personal style and scenario questions. A LOT of scenario questions. They gave you a scenario and asked open-ended questions about what you would do, what approach you would take, etc.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Youth Villages (West Springfield, MA) in Apr 2023
Interview
I applied online for this position. The first interview was over the phone, and it consisted of a recruiter explaining the job to me and letting me know someone would reach out. The second and third interviews were virtual, and I met with the Regional Supervisor both times. During the interview, I was asked about career goals, personal experiences, etc., and given various scenarios. Since I applied for the Bilingual position, some of the scenarios were presented in Spanish, and I had to respond in Spanish. After the third interview, I was told that a Clinical Coordinator would call me, but I never heard from them. In total, I'd say the entire process took about a month.
