Initial communication was via email. Was asked to come in for an interview to meet with 3 individuals. When I got there I got all the typical interview questions and I answered them perfectly. My experience was a perfect match. A couple days later I got another email saying they wanted me to come back for a second interview which is their standard interview process. I went back and got a lot of the same questions that I got the first time and as expected that went well too. When leaving I was told they are going to take some time to think about the candidates. The next day I sent out a follow up email thanking them for the interviews and reiterating why I'm the best candidate.. blah blah blah.. Its been 4 weeks and I haven't heard anything from them. I was thinking that I would be expecting something in the mail saying that I hadn't been chosen but I never got anything.
