There were three people in my interview, it lasted an our and a half, they asked me alot of questions relating to the role of the trust, such as how many people they employed, services they provide (111/999, Air Ambulance, HART etc). In addition to lots of scenario and competency based questions. My advice would be to think about experiences you have learnt from, especially if they were initially negative, because they want to see that yu can take accountablity and reflect. They also clinical questions, I was asked about cardiac arrest management, reversible causes etc.
