Very well organized. Interview was standard 1 hour with two senior staff. 15 minute written assignment was a scenario where we had to describe the steps we would take to handle the issue. They take the reference checks very seriously and use a company, all 3 of my references were spoken to at length. Also a number of online tests were to be completed before the offer came in .
