A very fair interview policy. Hats of the interviewers they were calm and patient with the candidates.My interview consisted of 4 rounds. Round 1: Online Test(Apti,Technical Apti,Coding),Round 2:Technical interview 1,Round 3:technical interview 2,Round 4:HR.
Tips: They ask fundamental questions so the basics should be clear.They mainly concentrate on JAVA and DBMS.

It took 8 to 10 rounds for final selection. First shortlisted through academic records then written tests then 2 technical interviews then managerial an at last HR round. The team and Hr was very supportive and the process was smooth.

It was of average difficulty, eventually 35 guys got selected from our campus (Oct 2015).
Took 2 days for me as we were getting late and asked to come the next day foe the left process.
