The interview was a definitely an interview. As far as interviews go I can tell you this was an interview. Hopefully I can say for certain that this was an interview that accomplished the same level of interviews that I have interviewed.

Get a call from someone at Yodel's HQ to arrange an interview at the local depot. Interview is rather easy and mostly goes over your intentions and the job in question. They provide a commercial insurance policy if you don't have one. If you get through the interview, you are invited for training. It covers using their system, packing your vehicle, dealing with customers, etc. Nice and easy.
