I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at YipitData (New York, NY)
Interview
7 interviews total.
The process starts with 2 behavioral (very conversational interviews) and from there you do a mock sales pitch with an adversarial prospect (they’re testing your discovery; push the prospect more than you normally would).
From there, you enter into a super day with 4 back to back interviews. The interviewers come prepared with very calculated questions about your selling (come prepared with examples and case studies). The team generally doesn’t spend much time getting to know you and is really just there to grill you and identify any inconsistencies.

Question 1
Why YipitData? Why leave your current role? Give me an example of a time you multi-threaded a deal, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at YipitData
Interview
My process took 11 weeks. However, this was more due to the active pipeline//job openings and less of what I would anticipate the standard process to look like. I had three 30 min conversational connects over the course of a month or so, followed by a 30 minute mock discovery call. This led to four 30 min behavioral panel interviews. Finally, there were reference checks.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at YipitData in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process was well organized and efficient. I heard feedback or next steps within a few days and was given proper prep materials for each round of interviews. I really appreciated the scheduling system which made arranging interviews a painless process.
